Medical Examiner: Baby died from smoke inhalation
CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) -- The Hamilton County Medical Examiner's Office has confirmed the cause of death in last Saturday's house fire at 70 Maude St.
A medical examiner today said that 14-month-old Destiny Jackson died from smoke inhalation.
Jackson was in the home with a sibling and a babysitter.
The babysitter is at the burn center in Augusta, Georgia. The sibling was taken to T.C. Thompson's.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
