  We're almost three months into the new year and a lot of people are determined to stick with it and lose weight.
  That means exercising more and for longer periods of time, but are some people pushing themselves too hard when it comes to working out?
  You could find yourself with overuse injuries.
  Dr. Jason Robertson from The Center For Sports Medicine.
He says some of the main warning signs are..
-joint Pain
-muscle aches
- shoulder pain
- chronic back pain  

And when it comes to treatment, Dr. Robertson says the best option is usually rest or changing your routine.
