Judge declares mistrial in Valentine Day murder trial
CLEVELAND, BRADLEY COUNTY (WRCB) - Judge Kerry Blackwood declares mistrial without prejudice against Michael Younger in Valentine Day Murder trial.
Assistant District Attorney Paul Rush says Michael Younger case can be heard again in court with Blackwood's ruling.
The family of the victims tell Eyewitness News they remain hopeful, but everytime they have to return to court they have relive the crime again.
This is the second mistrial in the case. A trial earlier this year ended in mistrial.
Michael Younger is charged with murder and aggravated robbery.
In 1999,OJ Blair, Cayci Higgins and Dawn Rogers were murdered in an apartment.
