Chattanooga Zoo director sued over dog bite

CHATTANOOGA (WRCB)-- A woman who was bitten by the Chattanooga Zoo director's dog, has now filed suit.

Dardy Long is named in the suit, along with the city of Chattanooga.

Back in June, Kayla Allen testified that Long's great dane bit her thigh and she suffers permanent damage.

A judge told Long to keep her dog away from the zoo, and make him wear a tag stating his dangers.

Allen has now filed a $350,000 lawsuit.

Her husband is seeking $50,000.

Long says she told Allen to stay out of the room where her great dane was being kept.
