Organizers  say the children are from families will truly can not spend money on gifts during the holidays.  The little Christmas ornaments are packed with information, what the children need, want and what sizes they wear.  You can take the ornament and shop for a child who needs it.   This year marks the greatest need ever with a 30 percent increase.

Kimberly George with The Salvation Army says, "Over 3300 individuals would not have a Christmas if it were not for the Salvation Army and you adopting angels."

You can pick a name from any angel tree at Northgate Mall, Hamilton Place, and Bradley Square mall.   Organizers say they will likely need to extend the deadline to December 12th.
