A little boy who was injured at Fall Creek Falls will be home for Christmas.

Two year old Caleb Brown has been undergoing rehabilitation at Scottish Rite in Atlanta.

He was airlifted to T.C. Thompson Children's Hospital in October, after he was hit in the head by a rock.

His parents have been updating friends, family and strangers through Facebook.

Tuesday, they said they've been given a released date of December 7th, next week.

Caleb said his first word since the accident, during Thanksgiving, when he told his family "hi."

CHATTANOOGA (WRCB)-- A toddler is talking again after being critically injured at Fall Creek Falls.

Two-year-old Caleb Brown is now recovering at Scottish Rite in Atlanta.

His parents report, he said "hi" to family when they arrived to celebrate Thanksgiving!

He tried talking more, and he threw a ball for the first time since his accident.
