Crime Stoppers: Dollar General Robberies

CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) -- Crime Stoppers is looking for a suspect that robbed the same store twice in three days.

Both robberies occurred at the Dollar General Store located at 772 Mountain Creek Road. The first incident occurred on Sunday, November 14, 2010 at approximately 11:30 am and the second robbery occurred on Wednesday, November 17, 2010 at 12:30 PM.

The suspect in both cases entered the store and demanded cash from the registers. He did not display a weapon, but implied that he was armed. After the suspect received the cash, he fled on foot. In the second incident, he was seen running into the wooded area located on the side of the business.

In both cases, the suspect is wearing a dark, possibly brown hooded sweatshirt with the hood tied tightly around his face, some kind of white cloth covering the lower half of his face, sunglasses, jeans with a hole in the right rear pocket and latex gloves. He is described as a white male, 6 feet tall with a medium build, and a pronounced nose.
