CLEVELAND, BRADLEY COUNTY (WRCB) – Officials in Bradley County arrested a former volunteer firefighter accused of breaking into a firehouse and stealing equipment.

According to deputies, Dallas Lee Stuman, 39, was arrested Wednesday and charged with burglary and theft over $10,000.

Stuman allegedly broke into the Prospect station and stole a $10,000 thermal imaging camera and a chain saw.

According to deputies, Stuman sold the camera, a tool used for finding people in smoke-filled buildings, for $50.

Stuman remains in custody without bond.
