CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) - A Chattanooga furniture store could be in hot water with the Tennessee Department of Revenue.

The doors of Leather One Furniture on Hamilton Place Boulevard are locked.  We found a notice  on the door.  It's  a warning notice from the Tennessee Department of Revenue.  A closer look reveals the sign states " This property has been seized for non-payment of Tennessee state taxes.

A manager at Bassett Furniture next door says customers have been asking them questions.
Kenneth Webster, sales manager of Bassett says, "They're saying they went to Leather One, but noticed they couldn't get in over there."

The Chattanooga Tax Enforcement Division tells us that if customers have furniture to pick up or have questions regarding the notice, the should call 634-6288.
