CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) -- Careful observation of suspect behavior led to the arrest of three people Wednesday night and cleared three outstanding cases.

Chattanooga Police Property Crimes Detectives were on special assignment last night when they observed a suspicious vehicle on E. Brainerd Road.
