CHATTANOOGA (WRCB)-- Three teenagers were arrested after police say they robbed a couple at gunpoint.

The robbery happened Saturday night as David and Carol Holmes were picking up a to-go order from a restaurant on Dodson Avenue.

David Holmes told police that 18-year-old Christopher Burress and two 17-year-olds surrounded him. One suspect pulled a gun and demanded money.

Holmes gave the suspects his wallet, which contained credit cards and cash.

An officer noticed the three suspects on Dodson Avenue a couple of hours later and transported them to Police Services for questioning.

The officer found Holmes' credit cards in the backseat of his patrol vehicle after arriving at Police Services.

Police arrested Christopher Burress and the other two teens for the robbery and charged them each with one count of aggravated robbery.
