Whirlpool breaks ground on new facility
CLEVELAND, BRADLEY COUNTY (WRCB) – Whirlpool broke ground Thursday on their new Bradley County factory.
Whirlpool Corporation will build a one-million square foot facility.
The expansion will add 130 new jobs to the already 1,500 in Bradley County.
The new facility is expected to be LEED certified, meaning the plant meets the highest energy efficiency standards.
