BRADLEY COUNTY, TN. (WRCB)-- A Knoxville business owner is behind bars following an indictment by the Bradley County Grand Jury on a charge of solicitation of sexual exploitation of a minor.

The Bradley County Sheriff's Office says 57-year-old Yatish Babulal Shah was using a computer at his travel agency, Travel Concepts, to solicit a 12-year-old girl from Bradley County for sexual purposes.

This arrest follows an investigation by the Internet Crimes Against Children, which began in July.

Shah was taken into custody on Wednesday by the Knoxville Police Department's ICAC unit.

He will be in custody in Knox County until his transfer to the Bradley County jail.
