BRADLEY COUNTY, TN. (WRCB)-- The Bradley County Grand Jury has returned indictments against 30-year-old Tiffany L. Isaza after a fatal crash the morning of July 10th on APD 40.

The investigation revealed Isaza was driving the wrong way in the southbound lanes of the highway when she collided head on with a car driven by 24-year-old Dustin Nathaniel Ledford.

Ledford was taken to a hospital for treatment but died of his injuries.

Laboratory tests showed Isaza's blood-alcohol content to be .24, which is three times the legal limit for intoxication in Tennessee. The tests also indicated the presence of methamphetamine.

Shortly after the crash, officers went to Isaza's residence to notify family of the incident and found two young children in the apartment with no adult supervision.

Isaza has been charged with vehicular homicide by intoxication and two counts of child neglect.

She was arrested Friday and remains in custody with a bond of $75,000.
