CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) -- The owner of a pest control company is in trouble for pointing a gun at his daughter.
Jody Millard will appear in court next month on a charge of aggravated assault.
Police records state he fired his daughter and son in law and began arguing with his daughter when she showed up to collect her paycheck.
Millard reportedly pulled a gun and pointed it at her, then a chair.
The police report states Millard's daughter waited two weeks to file the report and said she wasn't sure why she waited.
