Hearing delayed for murder suspect Antonio Henry

CHATTANOOGA (WRCB)-- The hearing for 25-year-old Antonio Henry, the man accused of allegedly murdering Pastor David Strong, has been postponed.

Judge Bob Moon postponed the hearing until November 3rd and revoked Henry's $375,000 bond.

Due to a scheduling conflict in the public defender's office, Henry was appointed private attorney Cris Helton.

Henry's cousin, 16-year-old Brendan Barnes who is also accused in the case, will have a transfer settlement hearing on November 4th. Another hearing will be set so a judge can determine if he will face charges as an adult.

Antonio Henry is currently being held at the Hamilton County Jail.
