DALTON, WHITFIELD COUNTY, GA (WRCB) -- No bond for a Dalton teenager accused of killing his grandmother.
Joshua Johnson appeared before a judge Tuesday morning. The judge postponed his bond hearing until October 12.
Records show the 15 year old called 911, to report his grandmother's death.
Johnson told police he came home from school to find his grandmother, Lorraine Frazier, laying on the bathroom floor.
The medical examiner says she was strangled to death.
Johnson's family has hired an attorney from Atlanta who says, there's no evidence the teen hurt his grandmother in any way.
Johnson has been charged as an adult.
The vigil and balloon release will take place from 6 pm to 8 pm at the crash site on Talley Road.
