CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) -- Charges were dropped against a babysitter, who left a baby in someone else's care.

Julie Haskins Jack had been charged with child abuse and neglect.

Rider Brown was only 9-months old when he died at the Concord Apartments in May.

His mother left him in Jack's care, and Jack left him with a man police said was heavily intoxicated.

The medical examiner ruled the baby died of SIDS. Prosecutors dropped all criminal charges in the case.
