MANCHESTER, TN (WRCB) The Bonnaroo venue could play host to a new event.
New Era Farms may be the new site of the Tennessee State Fair.
A spokesman for the music festival and farm says the two organizations are in negotiations.
The fair is looking for a new home after spending the last 100 years at the Tennessee State Fairgrounds in Nashville.
That site will be redeveloped into a park.
The Tennessee State Fair is actually a regional fair with most attendees from middle Tennessee.
