CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) – Tonya Craft will have to wait a bit longer in her quest to regain custody of her children.
In May, the former teacher was acquitted of 22 counts of child molestation.
When the allegations surfaced, she lost custody of her son and daughter.
A hearing was delayed multiple times over the summer, and was supposed to happen next week - September 28th.
Craft told Eyewitness News the hearing was delayed again, until November.
One person has died following a single car accident in Ooltewah Thursday.
