CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) -- A Chattanooga man tells police he was carrying out his trash and was robbed at gunpoint, in broad daylight.
The man tells police he was forced back into this apartment on Bailey Avenue and the three black males took his TV, some cash and a cell phone.
Neighbors say they weren't shocked to hear to the news, but now they'll be on high alert.
"I definitely keep an eye out and have mace ready, but it can happen anywhere," says Emily Hobbs.
" I have a network of people who look out for us, so that's safe," says Samantha Udelhofen.
Chattanooga police say they're working to track down the suspects. The victim tells Eyewitness News the apartment has been burglarized in the past.
