Thieves stealing air conditioners from three businesses

DALTON, WHITFIELD COUNTY, TN (WRCB) -- Despite slightly cooler September temperatures, this is still no time to be without an air conditioner.  Unfortunately, some criminals in Dalton seem to disagree. 

The Dalton Police Department is investigating three separate air conditioner thefts from area business that have occurred over the past week.  Investigators believe the incidents are related.

Two large outside air conditioner units, valued at approximately $3,000, along with 15 used pool pumps were stolen from the Luau Pools business at 1315 East Walnut Avenue sometime between September 99th and September 1414th

One large outside air conditioning unit, valued at approximately $4,000, was also taken from the Army-Navy Surplus Store at 315 West Franklin Street sometime between 3 PM September 1111th and 11 am on September 1414th

Plus, sometime during the early morning hours of September 14th, the window air conditioner unit from Los Pablos at 1513 West Walnut Avenue was stolen, along with various items from the kitchen.
