BENTON, Tenn. (WRCB) -- Already without three of its biggest contributors, Polk County lost wingback Tyler Lee on the first offensive play of its game at Chattanooga Christian on Friday night.

Good thing they still had Jared Allen.

The senior quarterback rushed for five touchdowns and threw for two more, accounting for nearly every Wildcat point in a 48-27 win over the host Chargers to earn Channel 3 Friday Night Football Player of the Week honors.

Allen's two touchdown passes were the only two passes he completed on the night, and two of his five touchdown runs were longer than 70 yards.

He finished with 259 total yards of offense, and also added an interception on defense.

The Wildcats were already without running back Chase Mull and linebacker Cody Farmer going into the game, and lost Lee to a toe injury and backup quarterback/tight end Al Akins in the first quarter against CCS.

All four remain questionable for the seventh-ranked Wildcats' game this Friday night against Sweetwater.

Other standout performances from Week 3 of the 2010 prep football season were:

-- Baylor's Jacob Huesman rushed for 245 yards and three scores in leading the Red Raiders (4-0) to a 35-14 win at Pope John Paul II.

-- Boyd-Buchanan's Ross Keasler registered 23 tackles and recovered two fumbles in the Bucs' 16-7 loss to Howard.

-- Calhoun's Landon Curtis was near perfect, completing 15-of-18 passes for 211 yards and two touchdowns, in the Yellow Jackets' 35-0 win over Pepperell

-- LaFayette's Devarus Porter piled up 343 total yards (171 rushing, 94 receiving, 78 return yards) in the Ramblers' 28-20 loss at Cartersville

-- North Jackson's Zac Bernard completed 5-of-7 passes for 139 yards and four touchdowns while playing just two quarters in the Chiefs 66-0 rout of DAR

-- Ringgold's Jarrod Cooper caught eight passes for 202 yards and two scores in the Tigers' 3518 win at Pickens County

-- Walker Valley's Kelvin Wells rushed for 148 yards and four scores in the Mustangs' 35-7 win at McMinn Central
