EAST RIDGE, HAMILTON COUNTY (WRCB) - The case involving owners of a controversial East Ridge hotel has been rescheduled for November 15th.

Owners of Superior Creek Lodge were expecting to head back to court Monday morning.

City leaders want to close the Superior Creek Lodge, calling it a public nuisance.

The case was moved to Judge Rebecca Stern's courtroom after Judge Barry Steelman recused himself.

The abatement petition filed last month cites complaints from surrounding businesses and numerous criminal complaints involving residents of the motel.

We'll be in court this morning and bring you the latest as it happens on WRCBtv.com.
