Signal Mountain, TN (WRCB) -- Another week, another Signal Mountain offensive marathon.

The only difference between the Eagles' other three wins: Sequatchie allowed them just 14 first half points.

After the Eagles settled down, they started to light up the scoreboard at normal pace.

The 42-7 win marks the Eagles' fourth straight mercy rule win to open the year.  The very stingy Signal Mountain defense also posted three shutout quarters.

With the win, the Eagles avoided a case of deja vu.  Last year, they were caught looking past the Indians to South Pittsburg and had to rely on a come from behind three-point win.

This year, they may not have overlooked Sequatchie County, but South Pittsburg still awaits next Friday night.  Both teams are ranked in the top five in their respective classes. Both teams undefeated, and of course, both can score at will.
