CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) -- A Signal Mountain teen who was critically injured in a pool accident, is now in a rehab facility.

Eyewitness News has learned David Anderson was transferred to the Shepherd Center in Atlanta.

The 16-year-old suffered a spinal injury on August 22nd, when he dove from a trampoline, into an above-ground pool.

A friend, who was with him when the accident happened, told us that David is still paralyzed. They don't know if it's permanent, and they're praying for a miracle at Shepherd.
