Woman arrested for Tunnel Hill bank robbery
TUNNEL HILL, WHITFIELD COUNTY (WRCB) – Police have arrested a woman they say robbed the First National Bank of Chatsworth in Tunnel Hill.
According to Tunnel Hill Police Chief Roy Brunson, Marcy Carole Horner, 37, of Ringgold, was arrested Friday night after following up on a tip.
The First National Bank of Chatsworth in Tunnel Hill was robbed Friday around 10:50 a.m. Police say the suspect demanded money and indicated she was armed, but never showed a gun.
Horner was arrested without incident and is being held in the Whitfield County Jail.
