CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) - The Chattanooga Lookouts will have fireworks tonight.

A Chattanooga judge will allow the ball club to hold their scheduled fireworks show.

Both parties will be back in court on Monday to review what happened at the Friday night fireworks show.

A private firm offered to make changes to the theatre's HVAC system, and says that should remedy the problem.

A judge issued a restraining order earlier this week, barring the Lookouts from shooting off fireworks after the Carmike Majestic 12 cinema complained that the fireworks were setting off fire alarms.

Management at the Majestic 12 says the smoke from the Lookouts fireworks display is getting into the theater's ventilation system and triggering the fire alarms.
