Chattanooga Ducks not affected by nation-wide suspension
CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) - A Georgia company has suspended all duck boat tours after a tragedy in Philadelphia.
The company does not own the Chattanooga Ducks.
Two Hungarian tourists are feared dead after Wednesday's tragedy.
The amphibious vehicle was hit by a barge and passengers were pulled from the Delaware River.
The Norcross, Georgia, based "Ride The Ducks" suspended all operations across the country on Thursday.
Eyewitness News talked to the owner of the Chattanooga Ducks Thursday; he says they're independently owned, and are open for business.
