COLLEGEDALE (WRCB)-- A Collegedale woman is safe, after being kidnapped by her ex-boyfriend as she left work.
Frasisca Perez is safe and authorities say she wasn't injured.
Now she waiting to come back to her family here in Chattanooga.
Monday Perez's family franticly called 911 hoping someone would find her.
Collegedale police say Frederico Vasquez might have been on his way to Guatemala when authorities in Lamar County, Mississippi found him.
Vasquez is charged with kidnapping his estranged girlfriend Monday night at Angelica Textiles in Collegedale.
Police say Frasisca Perez was leaving her job at the plant when Vasquez pushed her into a car.
911 call: "I really don't know what to do cause they just kidnapped my aunt from her work."
A frantic 15-year-old family member called 911 Monday hoping police would find the man who took her aunt.
911 call: "She was at work and a man came with another guy and took her, he dragged her to the car."
Just days before the kidnapping police say Vasquez assaulted Perez.
In fact, she was hiding from this man when he abducted her at Angelica Textiles.
After an alert was issued officers in Lamar County, Mississippi found Vasquez's car and located the victim.
Perez's coworkers are glad she was found safe.
Vasquez is in a Mississippi jail waiting extradition back to Hamilton County.
He faces felony kidnapping charges and an assault charge in Chattanooga.
The FBI and other law enforcement agencies were involved in the investigation.
Thomas Lee Carr is in custody, charged with Attempted Rape.
