Three pistol whipped during residential robbery

CHATTANOOGA (WRCB)-- Three victims were pistol whipped during a residential robbery Tuesday night at 4806 13th Avenue when two black male suspects armed with pistols entered the residence and demanded money.

During the robbery, victims were bound while the suspects took cash, a candle set, 20 bottles of medication and three cell phones. Of the 10 victims at the residence, three were pistol whipped during the incident.

One of the three injured victims was an 11-year-old child who was treated and released from a local hospital along with the other two victims.

Officers responding to the call observed two suspects run from the home. Along with a K-9 unit, police were able to track one of the suspects, Fredrick Anderson, to a vacant residence a few doors down from the crime scene.

Anderson was charged with aggravated burglary, 3 counts of especially aggravated robbery, 3 counts of aggravated robbery, and 4 counts of aggravated assault. Police are still looking for the second suspect.
