Mediation fails; Judge to decide Craft custody rights
CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) – The custody mediation for Tonya Craft and her ex-husband to agree on visitation arrangements has failed. That means Hamilton County Circuit Court Judge Marie Williams will have to decide how much, or whether, Tonya Craft can see her children. The hearing is set for next Monday.
Both sides were instructed to work on an agreement without involving a judge; an agreement could not be reached.
Last month, Craft was acquitted of 22-counts of child molestation and sexual battery.
Last week, she saw her daughter for the first time in two years.
Craft is hoping to get limited visitation with her children, until a permanent arrangement is reached.
