TBI top 10 arrested in Chattanooga

CHATTANOOGA. (WRCB)-- Vincent Oshea Bowling, 30, was taken into custody by the US Marshals and Chattanooga Police Department while he was sitting outside 7110 Holland Drive, Chattanooga, TN at approximately 3:00 PM.

Bowling was wanted by the Chattanooga Police Department on one count of attempted first degree murder, aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, possession of marijuana and possession of crack cocaine for resale.

On March 31, 2010, Bowling was involved in a shooting on 4th Avenue.

He was caught without any kind of struggle and booked into the Hamilton County Jail.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation today removed a man from its Top Ten Most Wanted list after he was captured by authorities this afternoon.
