Early morning shooting under investigation
CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) -- Police investigate a Chattanooga shooting that left a man in critical condition.
Early Thursday at 12:22 am, police responded to a call at 1911 Raulston Street. Officers found the victim, Demond Clay, age 32, lying in the street with an apparent gunshot wound to the head. Paramedics rushed the victim to the hospital where he is in the intensive care unit.
Investigators say the victim was shot by unknown suspects in a newer model Chevy Impala last seen driving south on Orchard Knob Avenue.
