CHATTANOOGA (WRCB)-  In honor of Earth Day, Hixson High School clubs and organizations have completed several campus beautification projects.  Students have raised money and have chosen to donate their money towards this project in order to show their pride in Hixson High School.

Student Council sponsor Stacy Schaudel reports that more than one hundred students volunteered their time to beautify the campus.  The work included touching up the school's entrance sign, making the school entrance more attractive, and planting greenery around the campus.
