Update: Victim and Accused Gunman Identified in Bradley Shooting
UPDATE 10:30AM Wednesday
BRADLEY COUNTY (WRCB) - Bradley County Sheriff's investigators now say they arrested Donald E. Hallmark Tuesday night for the shooting of his stepson.
Patrol deputies and detectives found Richard Lee, age 55, had been shot three times during a domestic fight with his stepfather, Donald Hallmark. Lee was airlifted to Erlanger Medical Center where he was admitted.
Hallmark, 65, was charged with aggravated assault and he's held without bond in the Bradley County jail.
BRADLEY COUNTY (WRCB) - The Bradley County Sheriff's Office is investigating a shooting.
A man is accused of shooting his adult step-son in the head, chest, and another unknown place around 6:00 Tuesday evening at a home on 3rd Street, NW, in Prospect, Tennessee.
Sheriff Tim Gobble says the man, whose name has not been released was taken to Erlanger by ambulance.
No word on his condition. A woman was also at the house when the shooting took place.
She was also taken to the hospital for chest pains. The man accused of pulling the trigger is in custody. Charges are pending. A motive is unknown at this time.
