Guilty Verdict for Gann in the Murder of His Wife
HAMILTON COUNTY (WRCB) -- A Hamilton County jury convicted a man in the murder of his wife. Jury members deliberated the case against Kenneth Gann for most of Thursday before returning a verdict of second degree murder at 4pm.
Gann was arrested in 2008, accused of smothering his estranged wife, Robyn. The investigator says Kenneth and Robyn Gann were arguing, and he attacked her. Gann allegedly put a pillow over her until she stopped breathing.
Police say Gann put a plastic bag over his head, in an effort to take his own life but emergency crews arrived in time to resuscitate him.
