CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) - 10-year-old Harley and his brother, 11-year-old Joseph are looking for their adoptive Forever Family. The boys are both very creative and gifted.

Like all brothers, there is a sense of rivalry, but also a lot of love. Joseph is protective of Harley, who in turn adores his older brother.

Their lives have been tough, and being apart is tough. Joseph and Harley see each other every Wednesday in therapy, but you could give them a permanent home together. A Forever Family could change everything for Joseph and Harley.
