When it comes to children and visitation in child custody battles, grand parents have often come up on the short end of the stick. With no legal legs to stand on when it comes to visiting their grand children, but now with new legislation their may be a way in the back door. Attorney Leslie McWilliams was our guest. She said active military members who are about to be deployed can petition the court to allow their parents to have their visitation time, and before being deployed they can also have their time modified to spend more time with the child before deployment.
