Man Charged with Soliciting a Minor Will Not See Jail Time

(WRCB) A dental hygienist will not go to jail on charges of soliciting sex with a minor.

Brian Lowman is accused of e-mailing a teen, giving details of where they could meet for sex.

At the time, Lowman worked for Dr. Drew Shabo.

Tuesday, a judge granted pre-trial diversion to Lowman.

That means if he stays out of trouble for a period of time, the charges will be taken off his record.
