Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee says it's trying to help seniors better manage their health and budgets.
The company has expanded its medicare advantage PPO network, from four to 22 counties across the state.
Included in that expansion are Bradley, Hamilton, Marion and Polk Counties.
Blue Cross has also added about 9000 new physicians and several major hospitals to the program.
