The Chattanooga Times Free Press issued a special edition late Tuesday morning announcing the Volkswagen decision to locate its U.S. plant in Hamilton County.
The headline simply said, "It's Chattanooga."
To give you an idea of how big this story is, the editorial staff hasn't issued a special edition since 9/11.
Editor and Publisher Tom Griscom said, this is the single biggest economic story to come out of Chattanooga in his lifetime, and he was born and raised here.
