2nd driver named in Marion County fatal

MARION COUNTY, TN. (WRCB)-- The Tennessee Highway Patrol, Tuesday, named the drive of the second car involved in the fatal Marion County crash Saturday morning.

THP spokesperson Jennifer Donnals, says 18-year-old James T. Meeks was behind the wheel of the second car, which she says killed three passengers of the jeep traveling on Big Fork Road.

The driver of the jeep, 37-year-old Eric Blevins, survived the accident with injuries.

Blevins' wife, Annie, was killed along with Nicholas and Emily Clayton.

All three were not wearing seatbelts.

Donnals says charges are pending the outcome of the joint investigation.
