DALTON, WHITFIELD COUNTY (WRCB) – The North Georgia public will have a chance to weigh in on a proposed high speed rail line between Chattanooga and Atlanta.
The Georgia Department of Transportation is holding a public hearing on the matter Monday night at Dalton State.
The hearing will be in the James Brown Center between 6:00 and 8:00 p.m.
Any route between Chattanooga and Atlanta would likely include a stop in Dalton.
Analysts have narrowed it down to four routes, all along I-75.
