Trashed Meth Lab In Red Bank

Posted: Updated:

RED BANK, HAMILTON COUNTY (WRCB) Red Bank police arrest a man wanted for assault in another county, but find a meth lab in his trash outside.  Partin is wanted in Marion County for domestic assault.  Police say he beat up his girlfriend sending her to the hospital and police to his house in Red Bank.  Investigators say Partin had trashed a meth lab and they found many of the components outside his house, in plastic bags, just feet from other neighbors. One neighbor says the news will keep her on alert.

Judith Villalon says, "Now you wonder what you're living next door to... And makes you think about bein' home alone, I guess people like that will break into your house."

Partin is now facing meth charges out of Red Bank.   He told investigators what was in that trash, was not his.  Police say it's a growing problem with shake and bake labs.  People trash them and others are in danger without ever knowing.  Police say it's dangerous for anyone nearby like neighbors, or the people collecting the trash.
