CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) - A district attorney from Roane County will investigate possible wrong doing by Chattanooga's city attorney.
An auditor said Mike McMahan may have violated the city's conflict of interest policy.
The auditor said McMahan billed the city $15,000 a month for clerical work in his private firm.
Hamilton County's district attorney recused himself from the case.
A district attorney Kingston will investigate.
No court date has been set.
