RINGGOLD, CATOOSA COUNTY, GA (WRCB) – New developments in the case of vindicated teacher Tonya Craft's private investigator Eric Echols.
Echols was charged with intimidating witnesses while attempting serve a subpoena to Sandra Lamb, the mother of one of the accusers. Channel 3 Eyewitness News was the first to sit down with Echols, and learned that he had video taped the entire confrontation. (See interview with Private Investigator Eric Echols)
Tuesday, all four judges in the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit recused themselves from the case.
Echols' attorney also tells WRCB, according to District Attorney Buzz Franklin, the witnesses in the case no longer wish to prosecute.
