POLK COUNTY (WRCB) -- Eyewitness News has confirmed the TBI has opened an investigation involving a Polk County school guidance counselor and a minor.
Terry Talley, a guidance counselor at Copper Basin High School is accused of soliciting sex from a minor.
T-B-I officials tell us they received a request from district attorney Tuesday to open the investigation.
