Investigators with the McMinn County Sheriff's Department say they know who's responsible for a triple shooting that was witnessed by young children.
The incident happened around 10:30 Saturday morning on County Road 240 between Athens and Englewood.
Sheriff Steve Frisbie says a husband and wife, John and Daniele Belleisle, were shot, Daniele in the arm and John in the thigh.
Both are in the hospital tonight.
During the scuffle someone turned the gun on the shooter and a bullet hit 35-year Steven Holden in the arm. He's also in the hospital and is facing a list of charges.
