CHATTANOOGA, TN (WRCB) Another Habitat House is going up in Chattanooga. This one for a woman named Michelle Moore and her family. Michelle has struggled with landlords that wouldn't fix problems in an apartment she could barely afford. Plus, her children didn't have a safe place to play, so she wanted to find a better home for her family. The Hullander family and friends are building the home in memory of Chris Horne. He was killed in a car crash in Mexico.
